Website Conditions Terms of Trade

Details such as; Your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, age, any order history that you have previously purchased or enquired about and any additional information relating to you that you provide us.
This information is held securely by Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Limited). This information is held in order to assist us to better the level of service we can provide to you and to improve our website so it is easier to find what is relevant to you.

 

1. Website pricing

The price you pay is default to inclusive of New Zealand GST (15%) and exclusive of other taxes and duties which may be applicable including insurance/freight/handling charges (except to the extent already expressly included in the price).
We can revise our prices at any time prior to accepting your order.

Our website has the ability to display prices in ex GST or in GST. All orders to New Zealand addresses are subject to New Zealand GST.

Purchase prices are given in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated. You are bound to pay us the price once we accept your order. A quotation does not give rise to a binding contract until you place an order which we subsequently accept. For larger orders that are not included in our website price break discounts, a larger discount may be available. Please contact us to negotiate a larger quantity discount.

Any pricing promotions may be discontinued without prior notice. However, any orders received during the pricing promotion will remain eligible for any discounts where they may apply. Unless stated, promotions may not be used in conjunction with one another. This also includes any special pricing discounts associated with any single customer account. Unless otherwise stated discounts will not be applied to freight.

 

 

2. Payment methods

You may pay for your order using the following payment methods: Credit cards, online EFTPOS (Visa, MasterCard) By Worldline, AfterPay, LayBuy or charge to Trade Account.

Credit card payment is processed through the WorldLine gateway. If you choose to pay by credit card/Online EFTPOS, you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted order from your nominated credit card.
Orders placed using the AfterPay or LayBuy gateway are processed and dispatched once your order has cleared the providers site.
If you choose to pay using LayBuy or AfterPay that you authorise us to debit the amount payable for an accepted order from your nominated account. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for products through any fraudulent or unlawful means through any payment gateway.

Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) will provide you with a receipt at the time of delivery which specifies the total fees for the products in the order.

“Payment details are not stored by Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd)” means that any card details used during the transaction are process by the Worldine gateway (Paymark) or account details used used by the AfterPay or LayBuy gateways and are not stored on our site and Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) cannot access these records. *Exception is to process refunds where the gateway provider retains your records.

 

3. Description of products

Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) cannot warrant or guarantee that the content of the website will always be current, accurate or complete. Descriptions, illustrations, and literature are therefore not binding on the seller.

If the goods do not match the description on the seller’s website, the buyer should inform the seller immediately so that the seller may take appropriate action. Colors of products may vary from a screen to the physical product.

Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) cannot guarantee consistency between colors on your screen to the physical product. For printed materials a physical proof can be requested for signoff and this may incur an additional charge.

 

4. Incorrect supply

Incorrect supply of your order must be reported to Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) within 5 days of receipt of goods. Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) will then remedy the problem as soon as possible.

A query must be raised within 14 days of the stock being dispatched, failure to raise a query within this time will result will result in no refund given with your order.

 

5. Availability of stock

Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) cannot guarantee the availability of stock at all times and as a result, reserves the right to cancel an order due to short supply.

You will be notified that your order has been placed on backorder and if payment has been made a full refund will be offered if you do not wish to wait for your backorder of stock. If you have been affected by a shortage of stock you will be notified by one of our staff.

We also reserve the right to withdraw or suspend the sale of any items displayed on our website, whether temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or expenses incurred by you, or any other person directly or indirectly as a result of the unavailability of stock at any time.

 

6. Returns & refunds

All goods returned, must have prior approval from Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) and must be;

  1. Returned must be with original packaging and both goods and packaging must be in brand new condition.
  2. Goods can only be returned for a refund within 21 days of purchase, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
  3. Goods purchased beyond 21 days of purchase are not subject to refund.
  4. Returned items must include the name and details of the purchaser, the original invoice number and a return authorisation number.
  5. Shipping charges for returned purchases (excluding damaged or incorrect orders) will not be refunded, and returned goods will be at purchaser’s risk until received by signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd).
  6. In the case of a credit card refund, the refund will only be made to the same credit card used in the original purchase.
  7. The return freight is paid by the buyer.
  8. Specially procured items at the buyer’s request, custom made items or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once approval has been given we will provide you with a credit return authorization number, this must be included on your parcel otherwise we will disregard the return and no refund will be given. 7. Liability

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 and other statutes may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations upon Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) which cannot by law (or which can only to a limited extent by law) be excluded or modified.
In respect of any such implied warranties, conditions or terms imposed on Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd), Signwriting.co.nz’s (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) liability shall, where it is allowed, be excluded or if not able to be excluded only apply to the minimum extent required by the relevant statute.

a) Except as otherwise provided by clause 6 Magnets New Zealand Ltd shall not be liable for:

1. Any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, arising from the supply of Goods by Magnets New Zealand Ltd to the Customer including consequential loss whether suffered or incurred by the Customer or another person and whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise and irrespective of whether such loss or damage arises directly or indirectly from Goods provided by Magnets New Zealand Ltd to the Customer; and

2. The Customer shall indemnify Magnets New Zealand Ltd against all claims and loss of any kind whatsoever however caused or arising and without limiting the generality of the foregoing of this clause whether caused or arising as a result of the negligence of Magnets New Zealand Ltd or otherwise, brought by any person in connection with any matter, act, omission, or error by Magnets New Zealand Ltd its agents or employees in connection with the Goods

3. Any claim against Magnets New Zealand Ltd shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied and is not responsible for the direct or indirect costs associated with the order.

All information on this website is subject to copyright owned by Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd). Any reproduction without prior written permission by Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) is prohibited.

 

9. Changes to this website

Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) may update or revise these Terms of Trade, including the Privacy Policy, at any time. Changes to these Terms of Trade will take effect immediately once they are published on this website. You are responsible for regularly checking these Terms of Trade for changes.

If you continue to use this website after we post changes to these Terms of Trade, you indicate your acceptance of such changes. Note; All purchases are subject to Signwriting.co.nz’s (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) full terms and conditions which are available on request.

 

10. Shipping and Deliveries

Two courier services are used domestically in New Zealand. For North Island customers, we use an express courier service to offer overnight delivery to main centers (Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, etc.)
This express courier service is also offered to main centers in the South Island.
In addition, we also have an economy courier service that services the South Island.

Our express courier aims to deliver the next business day. (Overnight delivery)*
Our Economy courier aims to deliver within two business days. (Two-day delivery)*
Please Note: Our Economy courier is only available to South Island delivery addresses.

Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you have made payment a full refund will be given.

All customer orders, on completion, are automatically sent a track and trace link via email. We guarantee same day dispatch of any stock order received under the condition that orders are received before 3 pm Monday to Friday. This is for both Express and Economy courier options.

Our Same Day Dispatch Guarantee may be voided by factors outside of Magnets New Zealand’s control such as natural disasters or load volumes with courier services.

For orders to be eligible for our express courier service (overnight delivery), orders must be received between Monday to Friday and no later than 12:00 pm. This next business day and same day service is not eligible for rural or remote areas, areas experiencing road closures or during severe weather events that may impact our courier service, etc.

This express courier service and same day service is not available for our printed magnet range or any custom made product where it is not a regular stock item.

Orders being shipped to rural areas or remote regions will take longer for delivery. Time may vary depending on location.

Any orders being delivered to a rural address must have paid the rural charge. If you fail to correctly select the appropriate freight option, your order may be held by us until full payment is received. Signwriting.co.nz (Magnets New Zealand Ltd) takes no responsibility for any delays in delivery caused by any courier service.

Items being shipped to a business address will require a signature to accept delivery, residential addresses can have the option to not require a signature unless requested by the customer.

We cannot deliver to a PO BOX. All delivery timeframes on our websites are estimates and may take longer than expected. If your order is not delivered in this timeframe, contact us so we can make contact with the couriers to expedite delivery of your order.

Orders that are custom made are not subject to our same day dispatch policy and will be dispatched on completion of your order.

 

11. Communications (Email & SMS Notifications)

For our signwriting division, customers may opt into receiving SMS reminders regarding their upcoming booking. These reminders are not mandatory and customers may opt out at any time.
These SMS notifications will not be used for any marketing or promotional purposes and will be used exclusively for reminding clients about their upcoming appointments with us.
By agreeing to our websites terms and conditions your email address will be added to our mailing list and you agree to allow us to send you marketing emails. If you would not like to receive future e-mails from us, please use the ‘unsubscribe’ link located at the bottom of our email communications and you will be removed from this list.

12. Special Pricing Promotions

12.1 – 10% Discount initial sign up bonus.

Our 10% Discount offer applies new customers on their first purchase only. On signup to our site you will be provided with a code that will grant 10% off your first order (minimum spend of $100.00 applies). This discount does not apply to freight and will be linked to the email used to create your account.

You must be logged in for this code to be valid. Discount can not be used in conjunction with another offer and is valid for 24 hours only.

In the event of a account deletion request or you opt out of our marketing emails, this promotional code or any other existing promotional codes will no longer be useable and you will no longer be eligible for any future discounts.
